About

The person behind the work

I got into design because I wanted products to make sense for people. I became obsessed with AI when I realized it can amplify or destroy that clarity, and someone needs to be on the right side of that equation.

Today I run Design System & Ops work at Vivo. In parallel, I ship my own products: Surgr, an AI fitness app running in production with real subscriptions, and Blindly, a native iOS app for anonymous feedback. When the interaction is too complex for a mockup, I prototype in code.

How I think

Three principles

I design for the model’s failure, not just its success

The happy path is the easy part. The value is in designing what happens when the AI is wrong, unsure, or silent.

Documentation is part of the design, not a byproduct

A system only scales when the next team understands the rules without asking me. To document is to design.

I prototype in code when Figma can’t hold the complexity

State, real data, and AI responses don’t fit a static mockup. When the interaction is the product, I build it.
